What is needed to make a reservation?
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card details. The Reception reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the arrival requesting a pre-authorization from the card holder. As an alternative and by request you can provide with a bank transfer payment of the first overnight stay.
Is it possible to cancel my reservation?
Yes, Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior arrival date to avoid a penalty of the first overnight stay, tax included. In the case of no show, modification, interruption of stay, the full total amount of the reservation with tax included will be charged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, debit cards and cash payment.
Is there an elevator?
No, the property doesn’t have a lift. The rooms are located on 2 levels.
Are there rooms for people with disabilities?
Yes, upon request and availability and in case of disabilities there are two Superior rooms on the ground floor with their own indipendent wheelchair access.
Are there sheets and towels in the room?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with a set of sheets which are changed every 3 days. Bath towels are replaced daily or upon request.
What are the rooms equipped with?
All the rooms are soundproof, elegantly furnished and offer private bathroom, Wc and bidet, air conditioning system, desk, hairdryer, kettle, Smart-TV, WIFI, fridge and safe. Some rooms have a balcony as well.
Reception opening time?
Our Reception is open 7.30 AM to midnight. In case of early departure please advise the Front Desk since payment is due the day before your departure. After midnight the hotel access is available with the room keys. In the event of a night-time emergency, a phone number will be available for you to contact the staff.
Check-in/Check-out time?
Check in is available from 2 PM to 10 PM. Check-out by 11 AM. In case of delay please contact the Reception. An extra fee could be applied.
Breakfast time?
Our breakfast room is set up daily with a rich and varied buffet from 8 to 10.30 AM.
Is it possible to have a gluten free breakfast?
Of course, but in case of food allergies or intolerances, please advise the reception which will provide to serve you alternative foods. This should be intended upon request and could be subject to an extra fee.
Is there a city tax to pay?
Yes, the city tax amount at 2€ per person/night. Children under the age of 14, patient with disability (with a certified condition) and their companion are exempt from this tax.
Is it possible to add cots and/or baby chairs?
Yes, baby chairs are available upon request. The overnight stay of children under 2 years of age, it is free of charge when staying in existing beds. Additional baby cot must be requested in advance while booking with an extra fee of € 8 per night.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, small size pets are allowed prior request only and confirmation by the front desk. For this option an extra fee of € 8,00 per day is required. Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room, during breakfast time. However, it is possible to enjoy breakfast together with your pet in the outdoor area which is set up daily.
Is it possible to park the car?
Yes, parking space at the hotel is available upon reservation ONLY and availability at rate of € 18,00 per night, or alternatively (from April to October) in a private garage 800 meters far from hotel at rate of € 10 per night.
Is there an in-site Restaurant?
Yes, Osteria Silvestro Restaurant is located in front of Hotel Benaco (right across the street). It is daily open during lunch and dinner (Wednesday is closing day of the Restaurant) and offers typical local food. All our guests can get 10% discount over à la carte menu, showing at their arrival the hotel room key to the Restaurant Staff.
Is there a Bar and TV room?
Yes, our American bar is open every day from 8 AM to midnight.
Is there a laundry service?
Yes, upon advance request with an additional charge.
What does the Gardacqua Partnership provide?
Gardacqua Wellness & SPA is located about 1.8 km from the hotel, an ideal destination for sports lovers and for mind and personal care. Daily and free entrance tickets and shuttle service are available at the reception upon request.
Is there a bike rental?
Yes, city bike rental is available at the Hotel with extra charge as below: half day 8€; full day 12€.
Is it possible to bring my personal bike?
Yes, but please note that our hotel does not have a private room for bike storage. You can park your bike in the outdoor (video surveillance) area, using your own safety devices.
